1. تَفنى اللَذاذَةُ مِمَّن نالَ صَفوَتَها

    مِنَ الحَرامِ وَيَبقى الإِثمُ وَالعارُ

    Pleasure vanishes from the one who attained its choicest part

    Through unlawful means, while sin and disgrace remain.

  2. تُبقي عَواقِبَ سوءٍ في مَغَبَّتِها

    لا خَيرَ في لَذَةٍ مِن بَعدِها النارُ

    It leaves behind evil consequences in its aftermath;

    There is no good in a pleasure followed by the Fire.
