العَجزُ عَن دَركِ الإِدراكِ إدراكُ

وَالبُحثُ عَن سِرِّ ذاتِ السِرِّ إِشراكُ

The inability to attain comprehension is itself comprehension,

And searching for the secret of the Essence of the Secret is idolatry,

في سِر وائِرِ همّاتِ الوَرى هِمَمٌ

عَن دَركِها عَجزَت جِنٌّ وَأَملاكُ

Within the rugged mystery of the ambitions of mankind lie aspirations,

Which Jinn and angels were powerless to attain.
