وَفي الجَهلِ قَبلَ المَوتِ مَوتٌ لِأَهلِهِ

وَأَجسادُهُم قَبلَ القُبورِ قُبورُ

In ignorance, before death, lies a death for its people,

And their bodies are graves before they enter their graves.

وَإِنَّ اِمرَءاً لَم يُحيِ بِالعِلمِ مَيِّتٌ

وَلَيسَ لَهُ حَتّى النَشورِ نُشورُ

For indeed, a person whom knowledge does not revive is dead,

And for him there is no resurrection until the Resurrection.
