I will lead the rebel son of the rebel,
I shall surely bring against al-Asi, son of al-Asi,
Seventy thousand tightly-bound men,
Seventy thousand with forelocks knotted tight,
With shaved heads devoid of hair,
Clad in the rings of smooth, glittering mail,
Who have rested their steeds along with their weapons,
Leading horses alongside young she-camels,
Lions of a dense forest when there is no escape.
Lions of the thicket when there is no escape.
