أظُنُّ اعْتقاد النَّسْخ صحَّ دليلُهُ

فعادَ إلى ترتيب أوْصافهِ الدَّهْرُ

I believe the doctrine of incarnation is sound, its proof returned

So time came back to the order of its attributes.

عزيزٌ يميرُ المُعْتفينَ وسَبْعَةٌ

شِدادٌ وجَيٌّ في مساغبها مِصْرُ

Mighty, causing those who confess to waver, severe,

Unyielding in its oppositions, Egypt.
