1. يَا مَنْ أَمْرُ الغَرامِ وَالقَلْبُ لَهُ

    قَدْ أَسْقَمَ جِسْمِي فِي هَواهُ وَلَهُ

    O you whose love and heart are all to me,

    My body's wasted by desire for you, for thee,

  2. كَمْ يَعْذِلني اللَّائِمُ فيهِ سَفَهَاً

    اللّائِمُ في هَواكَ ما لِي وَلَهُ

    How much the blamer chides me foolishly,

    What care I for the blamer's blame of love for thee?
