And indeed my physician said—
My doctor certainly said,
and my physician is a man of guile—
And my doctor is so clever,
“Complain of whatever you wish, except
Doubt all you wish except for
love, for I do not care.
Love, for I do not care.
The sickness of love is cheap,
The illness of love is cheap
and the cure for love is costly.”
And the cure for love, expensive.
