نَحنُ بِجودِ الأَميرِ في حَرَمٍ
نَرتَعُ بَينَ السعودِ وَالنِعَمِ
Through the prince’s bounty, we dwell within a sanctuary;
We graze amid good fortunes and blessings.
أَبدَعُ مِن هذِهِ الدَنانيرِ لَم
يَجرِ قَديماً في خاطِرِ الكَرَمِ
Nothing more wondrous than these dinars had ever
crossed, in days of old, the mind of Generosity.
فَقَد غَدَت بِاِسمِهِ وَصورَتِهِ
في دَهرِنا عوذَةً مِنَ العَدَمِ
For, with his name and likeness, they have become
in our age a talisman against want.
