لا بأْسَ وإن أذَبْتُ قلبي بِهَواكْ
القلبُ ومَن سلَبتْه القلبَ فِداكْ
There is no harm, even though I have melted my heart away in love of you.
The heart—and the one from whom she stole the heart—are a sacrifice for you.
وَلَّيْتَ وقلتَ أنعَمَ اللهُ مَساكْ
مَولايَ وهل يَنعَمُ مَن ليس يَراك
You turned away and said, “May God make your evening pleasant.”
My lord, can one who does not see you ever know delight?
