Do not dwell in gardens no longer named,

Once their roses withered and their boughs decayed.

Like bodies of folk whose souls have flitted away,

Since the hour they departed and time marched ahead.

No home is exalted however grand its walls

Unless keys are held in hands of loved ones instead.

From east to west it shines, when nights descend,

    Illuming the world’s vicissitudes ahead.
