بِطلاب الحُظوظ وَالأَرزاق

Our hopes that preoccupied us

Seeking fortunes and livelihoods

ايستنا مِن كُل شَيء وَلَكن

ما أَيسنا مِن رَحمة الخلاق

Despaired of everything, yet

We did not despair of the Creator's mercy
