My friend, let's hasten at dawn

To the sweet fields of roses

The night knows what my ribs conceal

And the dawn reveals it through its cracks

I walk steadily, not hesitating in bewilderment

Which diminishes the valor of the brave

And I embark on the matter, awaiting its consequences

A perilous affair, agitating the eyes of the sleepy

So let there be sturdy steeds penetrating its dangers

With the firmness of lances in their sheaths, restless

I am reckless, whose will is not softened by luxury

Nor is my nature corrupted by daintiness

When the glittering swords are unsheathed in battle

And the eyes share watching over its bounds
