خَبِّرا عَنِّي المُنَجِّمَ أَنِّي

كافِرٌ بِالَّذي قَضَتهُ الكَواكِبُ

Tell the astrologer that I

Disbelieve what the stars have decreed,

عالِماً أَنَّ ما يَكونَ وَما كانَ

قَضاءٌ مِنَ المُهَيمِنِ واجِبُ

Knowing that what will be and what was

Is a decree from the Almighty Compeller.
