وجاهل زوّج بنتا له

صغيرة ما بلغت تمّها

An ignorant man married off a daughter of his,

a young girl who had not yet reached maturity.

ما زوّج البنت ولكنّه

زوجه من جهله أمّها

He did not marry off the girl; rather,

her mother, because of his ignorance, married him off.
