العيبُ عني مغطى

والأمر فيه موطى

My flaws are concealed

And the matter covered up

ما قدّر الله يأتي

قد خطّه الله خطّا

What Allah has willed comes to pass

Allah has determined it so

إن كان خيرا فخر

أو كان شرا توطا

Whether it is good then pride yourself

Or whether it is bad then endure
