أيها الثغر بلغت الأملا

قم إلى الركب وزف المحملا

O mouth, you have reached hopes

Rise to the caravan and announce the arrival

وامش في موكبه واجتله

موكب الرحمن نعم المجتلى

Walk in its procession and meet it

The procession of the Merciful, what a blessed meeting

وتعطر بخَلِيلىِّ الشذى

وتمتع من خليلىّ الحلى

And scent yourself with my Khalil's fragrance

And enjoy from my Khalil the ornaments

وإذا فاتك لمس بيد

فتزوّد باللحاظ القبلا

And if you miss touching his hand

Then take provisions of kisses instead

واذكر الداعين لله غدا

في منى وادع لهم مبتهلا

And remember in the morning those calling to Allah

In Minna, and pray for them, imploring

هكذا فليتدلل مولد

أخرج الملك الكريم المفضلا

Thus should a birth be pampered

Bringing out the gracious, preferable king

سيقول الناس في أخبارهم

نقل المحمل عباس إلى

People will say in their news

Al-Abbas transported to

جمل يحمل للبيت حلى

ليتني كنت الحلى والجملا

A camel carrying ornaments to the House

If only I were the ornaments and the camel

ليتني خُف له أو كلكل

يوم يلقى في المقام الكلكلا

If only I were his slipper or anklet

The day the rattles meet each other

سار يحدوه ويحمى جحفل

ربنا أكلأه لنا والجحفلا

It went ahead praising him and protecting a crowd

Our Lord, make it successful for us and for the crowd

وفدك اللهم كن جارهمو

في بعيد البحر أو قاصى الفلا

And may Allah protect their delegation

In the far sea or the edge of execution

وتقبل منهمو تلك الخطى

وأعنهم وأثبهممجزلا

And accept from them those steps

And help them and make them successful

يابن خير الخلق قبلت يدا

بلغ السؤل بها من قبَّلا

O son of the best of creations, I kissed a hand

That has reached with a request from one who kissed before

وبسطت الكف أبغى دعوة

يوم تأتي الله أصوات الملا

And I stretched out a palm, wanting a prayer

The day your voices come to Allah all together

عرفات يعرف الإخلاص لي

و منى تعرف لي صدق الولا

Arafat recognizes my sincerity for you

And Minna knows my truthful allegiance

إن تسل عن حسبي أو نسبي

فهما مدحي أباك المرسلا

If asked about my ancestry or lineage

They are my pride, your father the Messenger

صلتي عند لا أتركها

وكفاني صلة أن أصلا

My prayers never leave him

And your prayers suffice me to pray

أنت في عليا الذرى من أمة

رفعوا مُلكا وشادوا دولا

You are the highest of creations from a nation

That raised a kingdom and established a state

كلما سارت لأرض خيلهم

سبق العلم إليها الأَسلا

Whenever their horses went to a land

The flags preceded them there

قسما بالقاع والثاوى به

وملاك غيبته كربلا

I swear by the plain and the one crying over it

And the angel of his absence, Karbala

ما علمت المجد إلا مجدكم

قُصِر المجد عليكم والعلى

I have not known glory but your glory

Glory was limited to you and highness

ورِث الناس نعيما باطلا

وورثتم وحى ربي المنزلا

People inherited false comfort

While you inherited the revelation of my Lord the Sender

دام للحج ولىٌّ منكم

يحرس البيت ويحمى السبلا

Lasting for Hajj, a guardian from you

Protecting the House and guarding the roads
