O ailing one, who has added to the sickness of my heart,
This came to pass against my will, and never by my choice.
May the Merciful deflect all harm away from you,
And may my soul be the ransom against the worst of fate.
What does Time want with me—woe unto it!
I never trusted Time, until it rose to block my way.
