يا ربّ هذا سلامه

يخاف يوم القيامه

O Lord, may he be safe

O Lord, this is Salamah,

He fears the Day of Judgement

Who fears the Day of Resurrection,

واللَه ما بي ندامه

لا أخاف الملامه

By Allah, I have no regrets

By God, I bear no regret,

I do not fear blame

Nor do I fear any reproach,

بغى عليّ ولكن

أدعو له بالسلامه

He wronged me, but

He wronged me, but nonetheless,

I pray for his safety

I pray for his safety.
