Say to the one named after him who rose to call upon God when they gathered in crowds,
And who bears the surname of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers who came unto the Arabs,
And the son of the one named after that which, should a seeker attain it, he secures his desire:
You were, for noble virtues, a mother and a father, whenever lineage is proclaimed one day.
So what, may you be ransomed, has changed, altered, or snatched away that lineage?
Gently, for I feared that your forgetting of manners in the heat of zealotry might bring you disgrace.
