Tell Abu al-Ankah that if you come to him,

May Allah anger you for his debauchery,

What she did once was not enough for her,

In the head of a ewe whose insides wandered astray,

Until she crept to a group

That swallows her like crumbs of bread,

If you are a neighbor of Abu Hussein,

Stay awake and grasp your weapon,

    For he has thieving wives,

When the tips of spears are trusted,

They stole when raiders descended on an ayr,

I did not find it until morning,

He came back with his shoulders torn,

Moaning to me from the pain of wounds,

The wives of Abu Hussein cry out,

    At dawn, alive for marriage,

With wounds that incline the stab

To the buttocks, sliding into debauchery.
