اشِهَدْ بأنَّ اللهَ ذو قُدْرَةٍ

يُحيطُ بالأصغَرِ والأكبَرِ

Testify that Allah is All-Powerful

Encompassing the smallest and the greatest

ولا تصِفْهُ أنَّهُ جَوهَرٌ

فإنَّهُ من أنكَرِ المُنكَرِ

And do not describe Him as a substance

For He denies what is rejected

مَنْ أبدعَ الجَوهَرَ عن قُدْرَةٍ

فإنَّه أعلى مِنَ الجَوْهَرِ

He who originated substance through might

Is indeed transcendent above substance
