1. إنْ فاتَنا الوردُ زَماناً فقَدْ

    عوَّضَنا البُستانُ نارَنْجَنا

    If we missed the roses at one time

  2. يَحسبهُ الجاني إذا ما بَدا

    في كَفِّهِ النّارنجُ ناراً جَنى

    The sinner thinks when the orange blossom appears
