صاحِبُ السُّلطانِ لابُدَّ لَهُ

مِن غُمومٍ تَعتَريهِ وغُمَمْ

The sultan's companion must bear

Worries that disturb him and cares

والّذي يركَبُ بَحْراً سيرى

قُحَمَ الأهوالِ من بَعدِ قُحَمْ

He who rides on the sea will see
