The misfortunes, their coming and going

Are constant among people, serving their rounds

O dweller of this world, you have settled into it

And you will not leave, even if you detest its wideness

Prepare for death, care not for numbers

And look out for yourself if you want its betterment

Be not fooled, it's as if I see the punishment

Of time has spread its wing over you
