Claude 2

  1. لَيسَ لِلإِنسانِ إِلّا ما رُزِق

    أَستَعينُ اللَهَ بِاللَهِ أَثِق

    Man has naught but what he is given,

    I seek Allah's help in Allah. He is my refuge,

  2. عَلِقَ الهَمُّ بِقَلبي كُلُّهُ

    وَإِذا ما عَلِقَ الهَمُّ عَلِق

    Worry has clung to my heart entirely,

    And when worry clings, it clings.

  3. بِأَبي مَن كانَ لي مِن قَلبِهِ

    مَرَّةً وُدٌّ قَليلٌ فَسُرِق

    By the father of him whose heart,

    Once contained affection for me, though little and stolen.

  4. يا بَني الإِسلامِ فيكُم مَلِكٌ

    جامِعُ الإِسلامِ عَنهُ يَفتَرِق

    O children of Islam, you have a king amongst you,

    The unifier of Islam, from him it separates.

  5. لَنَدى هارونَ فيكُم وَلَهُ

    فيكُمُ صَوبٌ هَطولٌ وَوَرِق

    In you lies the dew of Harun,

    Amongst you lies showers and foliage.

  6. لَم يَزَل هارونُ خَيراً كُلُّهُ

    قُتِلَ الشَرُّ بِهِ يَومَ خُلِق

    Harun has not ceased being wholly good,

    Evil was destroyed by him the day it was created.
