كُلُّ حَياةٍ إِلى مَماتٍ
وَكُلُّ ذي جِدَّةٍ يَحولُ
Every life leads to death

كَيفَ بَقاءُ الفُروعِ يَوماً
وَقَد ذَوَت قَبلَها الأُصولُ
How can branches survive
When roots decay and shrivel all
