صلى الآله على أبي الزهراء

روح الوجود وعلة الاشياء

Blessings of God be upon the father of Az-Zahra

The soul of existence and the cause of things

مصباح كل حقيقة طمسية

غمضت وفيه بدت لعين الرائي

The lamp of every hidden truth

That was obscured and through him appeared to the seer's eye

شمس الهدا طول المدا بحر الندا

صمصام نور القبضة البيضاء

The sun of guidance lasting eternally an ocean of bounty

Protector of the light of the white fist

نبراس منسوخ الشؤن بليلها

وصباح عتم الضلة الظلماء

A lantern copied in its affairs by its night

And the morning of the darkness of misguidance

سر الكتاب وكعبة الالباب بل

رحب الرحاب ومسبغ النعماء

The secret of the Book, rather the heart of hearts

And the expanse of expanses and the dyer of favors

شرف العصائم في قلادة هاشم

والفخر للاباء والابناء

The honor of lineages in the necklace of Hashim

And pride belongs to the fathers and sons

سيف الجلالة والرسالة درعها

ولباب روح عظائم الآلاء

The sword of majesty and its shield is the Message

And the door to the spirit of the greatest favors

كم شق قلبا بالهدى فجرى به

نور الهدى متفجرا كالماء

How it split hearts open with guidance, so the

Light of guidance gushed forth like water

وافاض آيات الغيوب بامة

لولاه كانت لقمة الاهواء

And it revealed the signs of the unseen to a nation

That without him would have been morsels for passions

وسرى يزمزم بالخوارق سره

فافيض في الاكناف والانحاء

And it flowed at Zamzam with miracles secretly

So pour forth in the bosoms and directions

وانهل في الارضين وابل قلبه

فكفى الورى عن وبل كل سماء

And draw from the valleys and the downpour of his heart

So it sufficed the creation from the downpour of every heaven

وبدا لعين الكون ضوء جماله ال

وضاح فاسغنت عن الاضواء

And the light of his beauty appeared to the eye of existence

Radiant, so it was needless of illuminations

بأبي وامي كم اثار عقنقلا

هدرت نوائبه على الاعداء

By my father and mother! How much turmoil he stirred

Its misfortunes roared against the enemies

ولكم اغاث لهيب قلب قانط

واقام عزم الغيب في الضعفاء

And for how long did the flame of his ardent heart relieve

The despair of the despondent and upheld the will of the unseen for the weak

وحمى الحمى والخطب يمطر في الحمى

يوم الوغا بكتائب صماء

And he protected the Sanctuary while orations in the Sanctuary

Poured like battalions on the day of Ohud

واتىبزهر المعجزات مؤيدا

ما نص قبل بعالم الاسماء

And he came with flowers of miracles supporting

What was foretold to the world of the Divine Names

واستل احدب همة نبوية

جلت فقوم احدب العوجاء

And he unsheathed the zeal of prophethood

Exposing the distortion of the crooked

كشف القتام عن القلوب بنوره

فغدت بعيد ظلامها بضياء

He unveiled the darkness from hearts with his light

So their darkness became remote by his illumination

وادار كأس حقيقة صمدية

في القوم فانصرفوا عن الاشياء

And he passed around the cup of Divine Truth

So they turned away from things

لفتوا السرائر للمهيمن فالتوت

عن كل دان في الوجود ونائي

Hearts were devoted to the All-Dominating so they

Turned away from everything in existence and became detached

وتمسكوا بجليل سنته فيا

انعم بتلك السنة السمحاء

And they held fast to his glorious tradition so excellent

Is that lenient tradition!

نابوا النبي فهديه وعلومه

في الاولياء الغر والعلماء

They attained the prophet in his guidance and knowledge

Through the saints and the scholars

يا أيها القمر المنير بطيبة

يا عمدتي ووسيلتي ورجائي

O luminous moon of Taybah

My pillar, my means and my hope

لك قد لجأت بذلتي وبزلتي

وبعبإ اوزاري وهم عنائي

To you I have fled with my poverty and misery

And the burden of my worries and troubles

اصبحت موثوق الغموم مسربلا

بالبث والحزن الملح ردائي

I have become laden with sorrows, clad

In harm and acute grief as my raiment

وسقطت من داء الزمان بعلة

ادرك باسعافي فمنك دوائي

And I have fallen ill from the malady of time

Save me, for you are my remedy

غوثاه يا شرف الوجود فانني

لم يرتفع الا اليك ندائي

Help O honor of existence, for only

To you my call is raised

يا ابن العواتك رحمة لمضيع

من اهل بيتك حف بالاعداء

O son of the immaculate, have mercy on one

Lost from your household, protect from the enemies

اين الايادي البيض واهمم التي

نشرت على القرباء والبعداء

Where are the white hands and the resolves that

Were spread over kin and stranger?

يا صاحب الآيات قم بمعزيمة

قرشية وبغارة شعواء

O master of signs, stand with a

Qurayshi resolve and passionate zeal

وانهض بعزمك يا محمد واكفني

هم الزمان بهمة علياء

And rise with your resolve O Muhammad and spare me

The worries of time with a lofty determination

واجبر فوأدي بالاغاثة مسرعا

بيد الاعانة يا ابا الزهراء

And quickly mend my brokenness with succor

With the hand of aid O father of Az-Zahra

ليقال صان حمى بنية محمد

وتقر عيني فيك يا مولائي

So it will be said he protected the Sanctuary of the family of Muhammad

And my eye will delight in you, my Master
