اتْجَمَعْ شَمْلِي بِيَّا

وإِنِّي مَعي مَطْبُوع

My being is brought together in me

And I am impressed upon myself

ونظري إِلَيَّا

رَدَّنِي بيا مَجْمُوع

And my look upon me

Returns me collected in me

وانْجَمَعتُ بِذاتِي

وانْبَلَجْ لِي صباحِي

When I come together with my essence

And my morning shine forth for me

وثَبَتْ لِي ثَبَاتِي

وظَهَرْ لِي صَلاحِي

And my steadfastness is affirmed for me

And my righteousness appears for me

ورَأيْتُ صِفاتِي

ودَعانِي فَلاحِي

And I see my attributes

And my success calls me

إِنْجَبَرْتُ عَلَيَّا

لَم تكُنْ عَنِّي مَمْنُوع

If I am compelled upon me

It would not be withheld from me

ونَظَرِي إِليَّا

رَدَّنِي بِيَّا مَجْمُوع

And my look upon me

Returns me collected in me

عِنْد ذَبْحِي لنفسي

انقشعْ لِي عمائي

When I slaughter myself

My clouds disperse from me

وبَدَت لِي شَمْسِني

وظَهَرْ لِي سَنائِي

And my sun shows itself to me

And my brilliance appears to me

عِنْدَ قُرْبِي وُأنْسِي

لَمْ نَرَ شَيْ سَنائِي

When I come near and be intimate

We don't see anything like my brilliance

سِرِّي مِنِّي إِليَّا

حيْث هُ سِرِّي مَودوعْ

My secret from me to me

Where my secret is deposited

ونَظرِي إِليَّا

رَدَّنِي بيّا مجموع

And my look upon me

Returns me collected in me

ألرِّجالْ قد سَقُونِي

وفُهِمتُ المعاني

The men, they have watered me

And I understood the meanings

وبالكمال عاملونِي

وظَهَرْ لِي بَيَانِي

And they dealt with me perfectly

And my elocution appeared to me

في الوجودْ يَصَّوُوِني

تصريفات الأواني

In existence, they prepare me

With vessels pouring forth

أسْرَارْ رَبَّانِيَّا

صارْ بها مجْدي مرفوع

The secrets of my Divine Lord

Through it, my glory is raised

ونَظَرِي إِليَّا

رَدَّني بِيَّا مجموعْ

And my look upon me

Returns me collected in me

سِرُّ سِرِّي ونوري

شاهدٌ ببقائي

The secret of my secret and my light

Witness to my permanence

وبمعنى حُضُورِي

ووجودي فنائي

And the meaning of my presence

And my existence, my annihilation

وأتمَّ سروري

يَوْم كَسْرِي إِنائي

And completes my bliss

The day my vessel broke

سِرُّ هَذِي السُّرَيَّا

فِيَّا تَغْرُب وتطْلوع

The secret of these mysteries

In me sets and rises

ونَظرِي إِليَّا

رَدَّنِي بِيَّا مجموع

And my look upon me

Returns me collected in me

طِب وافْرَح بِذاتَك

لا تَكُن إِلاَّ طَيِّب

Be happy and rejoice in your essence

Be nothing but good

وانْجَمِعْ بِصِفاتِكْ

لاتَكُنْ عَنْكَ غايِبْ

And come together with your attributes

Do not be absent from yourself

والمعاني هُدَاتَكْ

لاتَكُن مِنْهَا خايِب

And the meanings are your gifts

Do not be disappointed by them

مَنْ عَشِقْنِي بنيَّا

ويَكُن بِيَّا مَوْلُوع

Whoever loves me intimately

And is inflamed with me

بِهْ نَطِيب وَهُ بِيَّا

ويَرَانِي مجمُوع

With him I smell sweet and he with me

And sees me collected
