Indeed this life is God's guitar,
Verily, this life is the lyre of God,
And people in this life are like the plectrums,
And the people of life are its melodies;
A melody that enchants feelings like magic,
A tune that enraptures the soul like magic,
And a voice that interferes with the modulation.
And a voice that disrupts the harmony.
The nights are caves that bury the tune
The nights are caverns that entomb the song,
And eliminate the poor echo.
And bring an end to the wretched echo.
