سَحَّتْ عَلَيْكَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ

صَلَّى عَلَيْهِِ اللهُ رَحْمَةُ سَيِّدِي

May it shower upon you, O Muhammad son of Muhammad,

—May Allah bless him—the mercy of my Lord.

وَجَزَاكَ رَبُّ العَرْشِ أَفْضَلَ مَا جَزَى

سُبْحَانَهُ أَهْلَ الْعُلاَ وَالسُّؤْدَدِ

And may the Lord of the Throne reward you with the finest He has rewarded

—Glory be to Him—the people of eminence and sovereignty.

يَقْتَادُهُ شَرَفٌ قَدِيمٌ حُزْتَهُ

مَعَ بِرِّ وَالِدِكَ الْمُرَفَّعِ أَحْمَدِ

Driven by an ancient honor that you have attained,

Alongside the righteousness of your exalted father, Ahmad.

لاَ خَانَهُ صَبْرٌ عَلَيْكَ فَإِنَّهُ

مِفْتَاحُ فَضْلِ اللهِ دُونَ تََرَدُّدِ

May patience not fail him over your loss, for indeed it is

The key to the grace of Allah, without any doubt.
