أَعَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ الرِّضَى ابْنِ الصِّينِي

عَلَمِ الْهُدَى انْهَمَلَتْ عُيُونُ الدِّينِ

The pleasure of Muhammad al-Ridha ibn al-Sini

Is it over Muhammad al-Ridha Ibn al-Sini,

The guide of guidance, the eyes of religion weep for him

The banner of guidance, that the eyes of religion poured their tears?

سُحِّي عُيُونَ الدِّينِ عَبْرَةَ فَاقِدٍ

لِخَلِيلِهِ الْمُخْتَصِّ بِالتَّمْكِينِ

Wipe the eyes of religion with the tears of one who lost

Pour forth, O eyes of religion, the tears of the bereaved,

His friend singled out for empowerment

For a beloved companion distinguished with firm mastery.

بَكَتِ السَّمَاءُ عَلَيْهِ حَقَّ بُكَائِهَا

وَالأَرْضُ تَبْكِيهِ لِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ

The heavens rightly weep for him

The heavens have wept for him as rightfully they should,

And the earth weeps for him until the Day of Judgement

And the earth shall weep for him until the Day of Judgment.
