The graceful one came adorned in necklaces,
The late afternoon arrived in gilded collars,
Strutting in robes of radiance.
Strutting proudly in robes of radiance,
His joy gladdened the jesters, his anguish saddened them,
Its splendor stirred the nightingale and its branch,
So he pulled and touched the one with lovers' ornaments.
So it sang and swayed, and such are the adornments of lovers.
