O you of perfect, brilliant radiance
O possessor of perfection and dazzling radiance,
And son of the most sublime souls
And son of forefathers who were absolutely noble,
Indeed Ibn Zakur, in praising you, attains
Indeed, Ibn Zakour, through praising you, attains
Ranks surpassing those of the frontrunners
Ranks that surpass the stations of the forerunners.
You outlast those you outlive, leaving behind those now gone
May He who elevated you preserve you to succeed those who have passed,
Like your lofty lineage, O son of noble ancestry
As high as your towering star, O son of pure lineage.
