O Abu Al-Fadl, no crookedness has come

from you against us that would drop your highness

Neither in fulfilling the right of my father Shaybah

necessitates the uprooting of your brotherhood

We have transgressed as you transgressed, and indeed

our loyalty to you has been true

If you have risen above the inhabitants of the earth

Then address them from your heavens
