له مواعيدُ بالخيرات ناجزةٌ

لكنه يسبق الميعاد بالصَّفَدِ

He has promises of boundless goodness,

Yet he precedes the appointed time with bounty.

يُعطيك حقَّ غدٍ في اليوم مبْتَدئاً

وليس يجهل بعد اليوم حقَّ غدِ

He gives you tomorrow's right today in advance,

And does not neglect the right of tomorrow that will come.
