وحيَّةٍ في رأسها دُرَّةٌ

تسبح في بحرٍ قصير المدَى

A snake with a pearl in its head

Swimming in a sea of little expanse

إن بَعُدت كان العمى حاضراً

وإن دنت بان طريق الهدى

If it strays far, blindness is present

If it draws near, the path of guidance appears
