A lonely orphan whose generosity and constancy

Time has left nothing of her but the essence.

She was so gentle, she almost became commonplace,

Like her rays and breeze dispersed in the air.

She takes on the color of a yellow glass,

That you'd think fine dust fills her leather skin.

A myrtle whose wine soothes her companion’s suffering,

And for her friend it relieves the illness of the sick.
