عشْ يا وزيراً شمسه قد زهت

ويا أميراً حسنه قد زهر

Live long, O vizier, whose sun has shone resplendent,

and O emir, whose beauty has blossomed.

سبحان من دبر أحوالنا

وسخر الشمس لنا والقمر

Glory be to Him who ordered our affairs

and subjected the sun and moon to our service.
