عش يا محمد في الدارين متصلاً

حمداً وأجراً وفز في ذا وذا ودُم

Live, O Muhammad, in both abodes connected

With praise and reward, and spill your blood in this and that

جاورت مدحك بالمدح احتوى علَماً

فحبذا أنتم يا جيرة العلم

Your praise has encompassed knowledge along with praise

So you are the best of neighbors, O people of knowledge
