عينُ البرايا جمَّلت مملكةً

قامت فروضُ الهنا بواجِبها

The eyes of the wild adorned a kingdom

Where duties were fulfilled as ordained

فحبَّذا في البلادِ ما جمعت

في الحسنِ من عينها وحاجبها

How splendid in the land what was joined

Of beauty in her eyes and eyebrows
