أمولايَ فخرَ الدِّين شكراً لأنعمٍ

لنا بشذاها غبطةٌ وهناء

My Master Fakhr al-Din, thanks for blessings

That brought us joy and delight through its fragrance,

سقيتَ بماءِ الوردِ غرسَ مكارمٍ

فلا عجبٌ إن فاحَ منه ثناء

You watered with rosewater the sapling of virtues,

No wonder it exuded such praise and brilliance.
