يا زائِري قاضي القضاة ليهْنكم

ما حقَّقَ التجريب من أبوابه

O my visitor, judge of judges, may you be gentle

With what experimentation has proven through its doors

أقسمت ما الحجر المكرَّم للغنى

إلاَّ الذي تغشون من أعتابه

I swear the blessed stone is not for the wealthy

Except that which you cover from its thresholds
