أقول إذا اسْتكتبت صدر رسالةٍ

إلى آل فضل الله مأوى الفضائل

When I begin to write the opening of a letter

To the honored house of Virtue, abode of all excellence-

أنا العبد يدعو الله في صدرِهِ لكم

نعم ثمَّ يدعو في صدور الرسائل

I, a servant, pray to God in my heart for you-

Yes, then I pray again in the hearts of my letters
