O beloved, the breeze is a guest that comes knocking
A breeze on parched land that found a place to rest
The north winds twist it into a rod now and then
Granting it the fragrance of lilies there to spread
So I kissed what I had kissed, a cheek that would pour
From lips with wine, wine in ceaseless pour
I did not know when I enjoyed that kiss
If it was Paradise or flames that met my eyes
