My heart and delegations have turned white after water

And my heart turns over the hot coals

If a branch touches, it says a hand is shaking

And if lightning flashes, it says a bloody palm

So do not deny the memory of torment and lightning

For I attribute to the angelic smile

And I deny that those forelocks

Whenever she let them down, they played with the skullcap

And the night of union whose darkness lasted long

She had stood amazed at her hair

Her dawn and the branch was a sun and a night

Her smile and the cup morning and planet

The crescent did not appear in the west, but

It is the full moon hiding in veneration of her

It would not be included in the procession of the dark night

The glances slipped away from me without fear

And with its darkness the lover is content and gets angry

In the morning of meeting it would have been drinking with the gaze

Do you not see it as an ember kindling?

Look again at the dawn embracing the darkness

Otherwise with camphor there is musk that aromatizes

A jurist expert in the rules and laws of disagreement

Yet he has no doctrine except his own bias

His estrangement gives me good tidings of his union

No wonder the dawn brings the night

And I ask him for pardon while he is the sinner

So sorrow has a group in the entrails and passion has

Pilgrims, while my cheek is covered in tears

Neither weakness from the sickness of his eyelids

    But the tormentor prevails

He has a figure like al-Simhari, cultured

And a gaze like Sayf al-Din in heated battle
