للسعيد المجتبى فضلٌ

على كل عديمِ

The chosen one is blessed

Above every destitute

جمعَ العالمَ طرَّا

من غنيٍّ وعديم

He gathered the world

Rich and destitute

دعوةٌ قد أشبهت

دعوةَ نوحٍ في العموم

An invitation that resembled

Noah's universal call

لم يكن يخلص فيما

بيننا وفدُ النسيم

The breeze envoys did not

Differentiate between us

وغدت ساحات تلك

الدار كالعقدِ النظيم

And the yards of that house

Became like a precious gem

ثمَّ لمَّا امتلأت حتى

حكت صدر الكظيم

Then when it filled up

Even the resentful's chest

جاءنا من فوقُ بالأسباط

مع موسى الكليم

He came down to us with the Tribes

With Moses the Interlocutor
