I hung it when the morning breeze swayed it,

Playfully, and its drooping branch was illuminated.

It sprouted the most melodious, soft leaves,

Rejoicing in beauty and luxury, frolicking.

It had given me, in the intensity of love,

Days when I do not listen or take advice.

A basil plant, sprinkling, and a meadow

A nose sniffing, a rosebud opening.

It rises while the cooing of doves murmurs

And the air is perfumed with mist and dew.

The meadow's grass is veiled in its fog

Moist, and the breaths of flowers exhale.

At a homestead of tents and familiar abodes

Our insides are watered and revived.
