لا تنْسَ لا يُنْسِكَ الرحمنُ ليلتَنا

فتلك واحدةٌ يا واحدَ الغيد

Do not forget, the Merciful will not forget our night

That one, O Unique of splendor

وموقفاً بك إِذ كنا وكان لنا

قلبان لم يصغيا يوماً لتفنيد

And a stance with you when we were and we had

Two hearts that never listened to refutation

لا تحسب القلب ينجو من صبابته

Do not think the heart will be saved from its passion
