I know after you my standing at Al-Ajra'a

And your pleasure at my flowing tears

The tears did not cease flowing the night you departed

And the passion of longing in the excessive passion of the enamored

And passion is all passion if not accompanied by tears

That the dwellings flourished more than my tears?

How did she allow shedding my blood without piety?

    Completing his visit without enjoyment?

And harmed when able to benefit?

No harm if you winked a little

When parting or gestured with a finger
