أَلم تَرَ أَن البَغلَ يَتبَعُ إِلفَهُ

كَما عامِرٌ وَاللُّؤم مُؤتَلفانِ

Don't you see that the mule only follows his familiar ways,

Just as Aamer and ignominy are well acquainted.
